Axioma RZ is een ronde kool met een zeer vaste en fijne inwendige structuur. Het is een arbeidsvriendelijk ras, met zeer gemakkelijk oogsten en schonen. Axioma RZ geeft een zware kool in een comacte plant, wat flexibiliteit in gebruik garandeert. De kool kan buiten de koelcel, zonder noemenswaardig kwaliteitsverlies, een paar maanden bewaard worden (tot ongeveer eind juli).
